These Terms govern your use of Footra ("Footra", "we", "us"), a service operated by Footra LLC. By using the app you agree to them. You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf.
Your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use. Don't use Footra unlawfully, infringe others' rights, upload malware, probe security, scrape the service, or resell/redistribute drill content.
Our IP. Footra, its drill library, coaching content, software, and branding are ours. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service on the plan you've selected.
Subscriptions & payments. Footra Pro is billed monthly at $9.99. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For billing terms see Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Service level. We work to keep Footra available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Training suggestions are informational — warm up properly, train within your ability, and stop if something hurts.
Suspension. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
Contact. Questions? Email support@footra.app.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Footra Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.
To request a refund, visit paddle.net (use the email you subscribed with) or email support@footra.app.
